By using amp.io.online or purchasing AMPIO services, you agree to these terms.

Services

AMPIO provides website design/development, Google Business Profile setup assistance, local SEO basics, and related digital services for local businesses. Scope of work is confirmed for each package (Launch, Business, Scale) or custom quote.

Packages & pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. Final amount, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed before work starts. Online payment (when available) is processed via Razorpay or other methods we communicate (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, photos, logos, and content needed to build your site. Delays in providing content may delay launch. Typical launch for standard packages is about 5–7 business days after we receive required content.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the website content created for your business. AMPIO may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Open data examples

Business names shown as examples on our site may come from OpenStreetMap public data and are not claims that those businesses are AMPIO clients.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully but cannot guarantee search rankings, enquiry volume, or third-party platform (Google, hosting) availability. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in dispute.
